We offer a ‘30-Day Money Back Guarantee’ on all gemstone bracelets purchased on our website www.azizabracelets.com. You have 30 calendar days starting from the day you receive your order to return the gemstone bracelet(s) for a refund. For a refund, we will only accept gemstone bracelets returned in their original packaging including the tag, velvet pouch and Aziza logo printed gift box.
We highly recommend shipping your return gemstone bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. The gemstone bracelet should be returned in an “as-new” condition, with the original tag, together with the original unaltered box. Please send an email to customerservice@azizabracelets.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.

For returns from outside of the United States, you are responsible for overseas shipping costs, for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. Please contact us before returning a gemstone bracelet so we can support you in attempting to prevent these fees.
